To have a dealership that customer's trust was one of the reasons I made the decision to join my father in the automobile business 20 years ago. In a community that has not grown significantly we've grown our sales and service business because we're committed to constantly improving how we take care of you. We value our customer's feedback using the "complaints are a gift" philosophy. This has helped our dedicated staff to accept criticism knowing that we've been given an opportunity to keep our customer satisfied.
What makes Bennett Motors different from other dealerships?
- New Owner's Seminars- over 10 years ago we started having seminars two times per year to help our customers understand their vehicles and the service we provide. These evening seminars in April and October are from 7 to 8 PM. Click here for the dates for the next seminar.
- Cruisin The Drag- this is a city wide celebration that started on the sales lots of Bennett Motors in 1999. Now it's labeled as the largest all-inclusive free car show in the region with over 600 entries. - Customer Appreciation Picnic- we had our first picnic when we turned 80 years old and our customers enjoyed it so much we've had one every year since! Click here for the date for this year's picnic and come join us!
- Constant Improvement Teams- our employees volunteer their lunch hours to participate on a team which works on solutions to various customer or employee needs.
- Car Seat Fitting Station- even though Safe Kids Safe Communities sponsors child seat inspection seat clinics regularly, sometimes you need an seat inspected right away and we're available to do this Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
